How it works
Initial consultation
For our first meeting, we can meet in person or over Zoom for the initial consultation. I want to get to know more about you and what you are looking for in the assessment. I will walk you through all of the steps of how everything will work and set you up to take the assessment.

Take the Strongs Inventory Assessment.
The assessment will be sent to you via email. It is important for you to complete the assessment when you are relaxed, well rested, and in the best form of yourself. The assessment asks short and insightful questions about you regarding your preferences for occupations, subject areas, activities, leisure activities, how you like to work with people as well as your personal characteristics. The assessment consists of 291 multiple-choice items.

Go over assessment and walk through the results.
Upon completion of the assessment, I will receive a copy of your report. I will contact you to set up an online Google Meet appointment. During this appointment, we will go through the results of the assessment and I will explain how to interpret the results. During this appointment, we will look for patterns, and consistencies that will help you to determine potential career paths.
